1. Your Postcode or at least the general Area you require delivery to, so that we can give you an accurate quote for delivery.

2. Manufacturer name e.g. Hypnos, because many  manufacturers use the same model names, for example we know of at least 6 manufacturers producing a bed called the Silver.

3. Model name, because just asking for a Hypnos is like going into a car showroom and asking for a Ford.

4. The size e.g. 3`0",4`6", 5`0" or whatever.

5. Where you have seen the item, because many shops put their own names on beds but we frequently know the catalogue equivalents which are often cheaper.

6. Would you like drawers or not.

7. Spring tension, many beds are available as Soft, Medium or Firm.
