DELIVERY DETAILS ON RELAXSAN MATTRESSES

1. Delivery is Free to all England and Wales, and Scottish postcodes DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, (except KA27 & KA28), KY,ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30 AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3.
2. Isle of Wight and Sicily isles £4.50 surcharge
3. A  charge of £25.00 per item applies to postcodes AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 & IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PJ4 to PH41, PH49, PH50, BT
4. A  charge of £30.00 per item applies to postcodes HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51,IV55,IV56,KA27,KA28,KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and Channel islands.

The charges apply per box. If we can we put everything in one box but if we cannot there will be a charge per box but we will contact you before charging.

• We use a 24 hour  service which  gets the package to you within  24 hours of dispatch except at weekends for   ZONE 1. Deliveries for the other areas it can take from 24 hours to 5 days for the most remote places.
• If you will not be available to accept delivery please let us know then we can send it at a time when you will be .
• Delivery is to your door and most able bodied people can carry one of these mattresses but if you do find them heavy to move please don't strain yourself, get a friend to assist you.
• On delivery please inspect the package and if it looks badly damaged do not sign for it and reject it.
• Please do not use anything sharp to unpack these mattresses as you might damage them and in any event they have been packed in such away as to allow you to unpack them without the need of knives and scissors.

IMPORTANT
Please note that on items that require a signature on delivery we always contact you before dispatch to make sure someone will be available to accept the goods, if the good arrive and nobody is available and the goods have to be redelivered we do reserve the right to charge for any additional expense incurred by ourselves.
