DELIVERY

Our delivery policy at www.brandbury.co.uk  is quite simple. If you live within 12 miles of our shop in Bury, Lancashire it is FREE delivery to the room of your choice and any assembly and installation that may be involved. If you live more than 12 miles from our shop, any delivery charges will depend on the size of the order but unless specifically stated on our website we do not deliver more than 50 miles unless the order is very substantial i.e. £3000.00+, the exceptions to this policy are our Visco- elastic pillows which we will send internationally, Hypnos beds which we deliver anywhere in the mainland UK and Jay-be products which we deliver and assemble mainland UK south of the Caledonian canal and relaxsan mattresses.  

IMPORTANT
Please note that on items that require a signature on delivery we always contact you before dispatch to make sure someone will be available to accept the goods, if the good arrive and nobody is available and the goods have to be redelivered we do reserve the right to charge for any additional expense incurred by ourselves.
