Defective items:
You can always return products if they are defective. Please
note: we only accept returns of products that have been opened
if they are defective. Should you find your products to be
defective please email with the details as soon as possible.
If an item is defective we will pay any pre agreed fees for inspection, uplift and re delivery if required however if the items prove not to be defective then you shall be liable for those costs.
Delivery Charges:
If you are returning an item on delivery because of an error on
our part or because it is defective we will be happy to change
the product for the correct item or replace it with an exchange
item, with no extra delivery charges being incurred. Otherwise
you will be responsible for delivery charges and costs of any
other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Cancellations:
brandbury Beds adhere to the U.K.'s distance selling regulations.
However we regret that we
cannot accept returns of any goods which have been unpacked.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
To cancel this contract, please Email us or post to notification
and then please package the relevant product securely and send
it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the
date the product was delivered to you. The return address is: brandbury
Beds 63/67 Bolton Road, Bury, Greater Manchester BL8 2AB.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of
returning the goods to us, we may arrange for collection of the
product from your residence at your cost. You should be aware
that once we begin the collection process, you will not be able
to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out
by us. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this
order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price of
the product within 28days.
Please note if you send goods back
to us outside of these terms and conditions we shall take no
responsibility for storage even if we have accepted delivery,
and furthermore acceptance of delivery is not acceptance of
return.
